We dove into the 1031 logistics and the family’s goals, carefully modeling an investment strategy before creating a matrix of assets for review. We discussed each deal with the client, working to design a portfolio we’d be excited to own ourselves.

Once target assets were approved, we visited and vetted the sites, pursuing every possible competitive advantage to ensure offer acceptance. And once in contract, we managed the process, with as many as 10 transactions occurring at once.
ONGOING ADVISORY RELATIONSHIP
It’s now been a decade, and the next generation of the family has come of age. We continue to manage the portfolio, meeting bi-annually for a deep check-up. When it makes sense, we execute dispositions, trading into new assets to maximize the health of the portfolio for the future.
